We absolutely love Cosy Grain and everything that they stand for. Fantastic feel-good food! We love their Açai bowls and our favourite is the peanut butter flavour. We also love their whipped ricotta and hot honey sourdough toast, which is delicious. The coffee is delicious and we love their specials. We recently had their salmon focaccia sandwich and this was delicious.

Saw this place on FB and decided to give it a try… we went for breakfast and shared an avocado and a whipped ricotta on sourdough. Absolutely amazing, so good - will definitely be coming back again soon. Great coffee too

Lovely little spot on Barbican! Fresh fruit and great coffee. We had the yoghurt pots which were filling. I'd like to come back to try the sourdough and whipped feta :)

A great new addition to the Barbican. Had been seeing lots of videos over TikTok of this place so came to try it today with my Mum, little girl and dog. They were super accommodating with allowing us in with a dog and a pram. The girls behind the counter were super smiley and helpful when deciding what to order. The food and service is amazing and I would highly recommend. The Owner also came to check on us and tell us a little bit about the place which was also a lovely touch.- Service

Im picky with açai but this was pretty damn good :) Though I asked for no coconut… (see picture), it actually was a really nice touch, I guess the chef knows best. I’ll be back soon.

We popped into the Cozy Grain yesterday morning for an açai bowl and a coffee. The food was amazing as was the coffee. The service from both members of staff who were working at the time was exceptional - the best service we have received anywhere for a long time. They are also dog friendly (and genuinely so). Would highly recommend.

My wife and I have been regular visitors to the Cozy Grain since it opened.
Loving the warm welcome, the 7:30 opening time (ideal after walking the dog), good coffee and the Acai bowls.
Our preference would normally be de-caf, oat, lattes.
As Cozy Grain, along with some of the other Cafes, charge an extra 50p each for oatmilk we forgo the oatmilk when drinking there.
This morning we were advised that the de-caf coffee is now an extra pound per cup more than the coffee with caffeine.
I have never been anywhere else that makes such an extortionate extra charge for the decaf option and is why I have not given a 5 star review.
It is also why we will be moderating the frequency we go to the Cozy Grain.☹️

Thank you for your reply. It is a shame you were not there at the time as I would have spoken about it to you.
When we were told of the increase we opted for coffees with caffeine, so there is no need to give us a free coffee, but thank you anyway.
We look forward to returning.
I have amended the overall marking to 5* which you deserve.- Service

Hey Gary! Thanks so much for the kind words, we love having you two in the deli, along with the beautiful dog. I believe there has been a mix up, it seems someone has their wires crossed with the pricing on the decaf coffee. I’ll make sure everyone is in the know with this and when you’re next in please except free coffee on us. Very sorry you’ve had to pay this while I wasn’t there. I hope we see you down for your morning walk coffee again, please don’t let this put you off!
Great new addition to Plymouth. Really enjoyed my visit here and the food was fantastic. Lovely coffee and thoroughly enjoyed the biscoff crunch açai bowl. Really reasonably priced and lovely staff. Will return!

Thanks a lot 😁
Great food! Spoke to us clearly about what was in the food and where it came from so we knew it was all great and sustainable! My girlfriend had a peanut allergy and they didn’t have a peanut free version yet, so they substituted it for a nut free biscuit so hats off to them for that! 5 stars! No complaints and will defo come again!!
